By now, hopefully, you have noticed some changes to the format of my website, including the colors, layout and the music.  If you haven’t, well, guess what?! There’s been some changes to the format, colors, and music on my website! Meet the face behind the music on NealJacob.com: Daniel McLaughlin. 

Daniel used to play keyboard at Fellowship Bible Church and hang out at CrossLink in Winchester, VA, he played keyboard at Dulles Community Church in Chantilly, VA, and now he is the Interim Music Director at Crossroads Baptist Church in Leesburg, VA.  Of course, you could have read all this on his web site, but I figured I’d just tell you and save you the trip.

Awakening Music Festival 2007

Yesterday, I went to Awakening Fest at the Bull Run Special Events Center in Centreville, VA with my wife and kids. I won tickets from my friends at WGTS 91.9. I was supposed to take on Addy at the “Last Annual Kitchen Appliance Jousting Tournament” but I don’t think that ever happened. I had an AWESOME time and I am still recovering. Every part of my body is hurting!

The groups at this year’s Awakening Fest were:

Here are some photos from the day. Because of where I was standing, I only got some good shots of Needtobreathe and DecembeRadio. After DecembeRadio I decided it was time to go eat!
